Clustertruck has Twitch integration, which is why that bar appears at the top of the stream. Each viewer can vote on one of three options, and one of those options gets picked randomly. Basically, all the game does is look at the Twitch chat, and knows to detect certain words or phrases, and that's why people are able to vote and their votes get detect...
